7 unusual ways to understand the bible better

We all know that everybody has their own opinion about what the bible says and means.

Consequently, according to one objective source, there are about 4,300 different religions of the world, and that does not include the countless sub-groups within these religions.

All these religions stem from a wrong dividing of the word of God!

Although there are many different factors involved in rightly dividing his word, since God commands us to do that, then it has to be possible to do so.

II Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Okay, since over 4,000 different religions have not figured out how to do this right, then how do you expect me to?

Because the bible tells us how.

II Peter 1:20
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

If you look online, a free bible dictionary says the word “private” comes from the Greek word idios, which means one’s own. So, a more accurate translation of this verse would be: “Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of one’s own interpretation.

But how can this be?!

If nobody can interpret it, then what’s the point of even having the bible written?

You’re on the right track, but you just need to take your sound logic one more step.

Since the reader of the bible is not supposed to interpret it, then the only other logical option is that it must interpret itself.

There are only 3 basic ways the bible interprets itself:

  • in the verse
  • in the context
  • where it was used before

So II Peter 1:20 interprets itself in the verse, but the the words in the verse must be understood according to their biblical usage.

The King James Version was written over 400 years ago in Europe, so the meanings of words have changed over the years, distance and cultural differences.

#1. Changes in words from OT to NT

Jude 1:11
Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

Who’s Core?! I’ve never even heard of this guy!

That’s because this is the only place in the entire bible his name is spelled this way.

It is Strong’s # 2879, which is the Greek word Kore, which comes from the Old Testament Hebrew word Qorach: an Edomite name, also an Israelite name and is translated Korah 37 times in the KJV Old Testament.

So this verse interprets itself in the verse according to biblical usage, but also where it was used before in the Old Testament.

Here’s another one:

Luke 3:36
Which was the son of Cainan, which was the son of Arphaxad, which was the son of Sem, which was the son of Noe, which was the son of Lamech,

Once again, who’s Noe?! I’ve never even heard of this guy!

This time, his name is translated “Noe” 5 times in the New Testament.

But you’ll immediately know who “this guy” is just by reading these 2 verses.

Matthew 24
37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

If you think that “Noe” is Noah, you’re right, but lest we be guilty of our

own interpretation, let’s verify this from a bible dictionary.

As you can see, Noe is actually the Greek word that means Noah.

However, there is a bit of confusion stemming from the arbitrary and inconsistent translation of Noe!

Its used 8 times in the New Testament, but in 5 out of the 8 usages [62.5% for the data rats like me (I got the phrase from a Netflix show)], its translated “Noe”, and in the other 3 usages, [37.5%], its translated to the familiar name of “Noah”.

Compounding the problem, in one of my KJV bibles, Noah’s name is spelled “Noe”, but in another KJV bible, its spelled “No’e”!

We are in a spiritual competition, so all these inconsistent and confusing translations of words is the work of the God of this world, the devil who is always attacking the truth.

#2. BIBLICAL MEANING OF NUMBERS

Interestingly, the biblical meaning of the number 8 is resurrection and a new beginning.

It certainly was a new beginning for mankind when Noah obeyed God’s instructions and prevented the entire human race from total annihilation by the global flood.

The biblical meaning of numbers can play an important role in having a deeper understanding of the scriptures.

We will see another example of this later on in this article.

However, be aware that numerology is the branch of knowledge that deals with the occult significance of numbers, which is the world’s counterfeit of the original and Godly biblical significance of numbers, so don’t be deceived.

#3. FORGERIES

Believe it or not, there are numerous forgeries in the bible!

They are one of the many forms of attacks against God and his word, and with some very simple tools and logic, we can easily defeat them.

With the resources that we have available and knowing the principles of how the bible interprets itself, we can still get back to the original God-breathed word.

Revelation 1:8
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

In Revelation 1:8 of the red letter editions of the bible, we have private [one’s own] interpretation in the form of red letters that are supposed to be the words of Jesus.

However, as we’ll soon see, this private interpretation is entirely wrong!

How do I know?

#4. THE USE OF MULTIPLE OBJECTIVE AUTHORITIES

#4 is a subset of #3 forgeries because using multiple objective authorities enables us to detect and defeat the forgery.

When it comes to truth, opinions don’t count.

As Sergeant Friday said in the old crime series Dragnet, “Just the facts ma’am”.

This is simply a variation of 1 of the 3 basic ways the bible interprets itself: in the verse.

Proverbs 11:14
Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.

So the multiple objective authorities are serving as the multitude of counselors.

Just follow this link to my article on the felony forgery of Revelation 1:8 to the link that goes to the “What truths do the ancient biblical manuscripts of Revelation 1:8 reveal?” section in order to understand the principle of multiple objective authorities in action.

All of the most ancient biblical manuscripts have the word “God” after the word “Lord” in Revelation 1:8 and 1 additional reference work confirms this.

#5. REMOTE CONTEXT

There are 2 types of context: immediate and remote.

Immediate context contains the handful of verses before and after the verse in question.

Remote context can be the entire chapter, the entire book of the bible that you’re reading, or as broad as the entire old or new testament.

Jude 4 is only 1 chapter [29 verses] before Revelation 1:8!

In many chapters of the bible, if you moved up or down 29 verses, you would still be in the same chapter, but because this remote context is in a different book of the bible, most people miss it entirely.

Jude 4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

What does “denying” mean?

Although we don’t have a face, place or name on the jerk perp who whacked the word, God found the forger’s flaw.

The forger of Revelation 1:8 deliberately removed the word “God” out of the verse, “denying [and contradicting] the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ”.

  • Forgery is a felony crime
  • All forgeries include fraud, the deliberate intent to deceive for one’s personal gain, which is the second felony crime
  • Theft often accompanies forgeries, so by removing only 3 letters from the bible [the word “God”], the forger also committed identity theft – the trinitarian Jesus is now impersonating God, his father, without his consent.

Would the real Jesus impersonate God?!

There is a devastating difference of motive between impersonating God out of envy and revealing him out of love.

Hard to see, the dark side is…

Maybe that’s why I John 1:5 that tells us “…God is light, and in him is no darkness at all” is also the exact same book that says “No man hath seen God at anytime”.

The trinitarian Jesus reflects the same motive that the devil had towards God in the war in heaven: “I will be like the most High.” – Isaiah 14:14 and what he told Eve in the garden of Eden “…ye shall be as gods…” Genesis 3:5.

Note the parallels between this trinitarian forgery and our adversary, the devil:

  • Committing at least 3 crimes reflects the lawlessness of the lawless one, the devil
  • Theft comes from the thief, whose sole purpose is to steal, kill and destroy
  • Fraud is the deliberate attempt to deceive and the devil is called the deceiver
  • Forging the truth turns it into a lie and the devil is a liar and the originator of it

Jesus Christ is called the son of God no less than 68 times in the bible!

2 John 3
Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

So this information in Jude 4 is an exact description of the nature of the forger of Revelation 1:8.

#6. NUMBER AND DISTRIBUTION PATTERNS OF WORDS

The phrase “Kingdom of heaven” is used 32 times in the bible, but only in the gospel of Matthew!

I wonder why that is?

From a numerical perspective, 32 = 8 x 4.

8: the number of resurrection and a new beginning – Jesus Christ was resurrected from the dead.

4: the number of material completeness and the # of the world.

Jesus Christ is called the bread from heaven and Israel is a very important country in the world and is used many times throughout the bible.

Definition of kingdom = rulership of a king

So the number and distribution pattern of the phrase “Kingdom of heaven” perfectly fits into what we know about the bible, but there’s even more in-depth understanding in the next and final section.

#7. JESUS CHRIST, THE RED THREAD OF THE BIBLE

Jesus Christ has a unique identity in all 56 books of the bible.

I know, I know, you’re telling me that there are 66 books, and not 56, but it depends on how you count them.

With the current counting system, there are 66 different books in the bible, but 6 is the number of man as he is influenced by the devil. 2 is the number of division, so 66 would represent influence from the devil doubled that causes division! Not good.

However, if you count I & II Kings as one book, I & II Corinthians as one book, etc and realize that originally, the books of Ezra and Nehemiah were one book, you arrive at 56 books.

56 is 7 [the # of spiritual perfection] times 8 [the number of resurrection and a new beginning].

Studying and applying the bible in your life is a new beginning with God’s spiritual perfection.

The real reason that the phrase “Kingdom of heaven” is only used in the book of Matthew is because Jesus Christ’s unique identity is the king of Israel.

How perfect is that!

Job, a new perspective, part 5: Elihu, dark thread of the bible

Elihu, the 5-senses perspective

Since Jesus Christ is the subject of the entire bible and has a unique identity in each book, he is the red thread of the bible, tying all the books together.

But since the devil counterfeits almost every Godly thing, the devil’s children are the dark thread of the bible, so who is Elihu?

Job 32
1 So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
2 Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred [family] of Ram [Aram]: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God.

The Companion Bible by E.W. Bullinger states “Ram = Aram, related to Buz [Genesis 22:21].

The name “Elihu” is mentioned 11 times in the KJV, and 7 of the 11 are in the book of Job and may not necessarily be referring to the exact same person [I haven’t researched it yet to find out].

It is significant to note from E.W. Bullinger’s number in scripture book the meaning of the number 11:

If ten is the number which marks the perfection of Divine order, then eleven is an addition to it, subversive of and undoing that order.

If twelve is the number which marks the perfection of Divine government, then eleven falls short of it.

So that whether we regard it as being 10 + 1, or 12 – 1, it is the number which marks, disorder, disorganization, imperfection, and disintegration.

Strong’s concordance defines Elihu as, “He is (my) God”; five Israelites. It is a compound name, from El – God and hu or hi – he, she or it.

According to the Exhaustive Dictionary of Bible Names, page 66, Elihu means: “whose God is he; he is my God; he is God himself; my God is Jehovah”.

The name “Barachel” is only used twice in the bible: Job 32:2 & 6 and Strong’s concordance defines it as “El does bless”; “the father of one of Job’s friends”. It is a compound name, from barak, to kneel; bless, and el = God.

The name dictionary says Barachel means, “Blessed of God; whom God blesses; God has blessed”.

Strong’s concordance says “Buzite” comes from the Hebrew word buzi and means, “a descendant of Buz” and Buzite is again only used twice in the bible: Job 32:2 & 6. Buz means, “two Israelites” and it’s used 3 times in the bible. In Genesis 22, Abraham had a brother Nahor, who had 2 sons: Huz and Buz.

The name dictionary says Buzite means, “contempt; to despise”, from Buzi, contemned of Jehovah; my contempt. Buz is the root word of the same meaning.

Brown-Driver-Briggs Concordance:
contempt springing from pride and wickedness

Strong’s concordance says Ram also means “two Israelites” [just like buz]; also “family of Elihu” and is used 7 times in the bible.

According to the name dictionary, ram means, “high; exalted; elevated”.

Elihu, the biblical and spiritual perspective

When we research the word of God, there are a number of reference works we can use, such as Greek interlinears, bible dictionaries, and maps of the middle east in ancient times. These can be very helpful and enlightening for the bible student.

However, we must remember that these are classified as works of man and are therefore, imperfect.

A perfect example of this is this screenshot from the Companion reference bible by E.W. Bullinger.

In this image, Elihu has a ministry of the mediator in the middle of the figure of speech introversion.

However, Jesus Christ is the subject of every book of the bible and has a unique identity in each.

Luke 24:27
And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

In the book of Job, Jesus Christ is the mediator, not Elihu!

I Timothy 2:5
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Job 9:33 [Septuagint, the Greek translation of the OT]
Would that he our mediator were present, and a reprover, and one who should hear the cause between both.

Job recognized the need for a true mediator between God and man, but that was not available at the time because Jesus Christ had not yet come.

And as we are going to see from the word of God itself, if Elihu is the man of God, the mediator that introduces the ministry of Jehovah, then why does he have so many characteristics of a person who is born of the seed of the serpent [the devil]?

If Elihu is the mediator in the book of Job, then he has to be a counterfeit mediator from Satan, the god of this world.

Ultimately, if there is ever a contradiction between the word of man vs the word of God, we must always go with the perfect and eternal word of God.

Below is only a partial list of evil characteristics I have found in Elihu:

  • Wrath
  • Sowing discord among the brethren
  • Enemy of all righteousness
  • Dark counsel
  • Actions reflect nature determined by spiritual seed
Wrath

Job 32
1 So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
2 Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred of Ram: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God.
3 Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job.
4 Now Elihu had waited till Job had spoken, because they were elder than he.
5 When Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men, then his wrath was kindled.

It’s significant that the word “wrath” is used 4 times in only 5 verses in Job 32, and all in reference to Elihu.

4 is the number of division and the world and the devil is the God of it.

In verses 2, 3, and 5, the definition of the word ‘wrath” is from a Hebrew word in Strong’s Concordance #639:

aph: a nostril, nose, face, anger
Part of Speech: Noun Masculine
Phonetic Spelling: (af)
Definition: a nostril, nose, face, anger

This word comes from the root word anaph: to be angry [Strong’s Concordance #599].

The very first usage of aph is in Genesis 4:5

Genesis 4
1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord.
2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
3 And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord.
4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
6 And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?

  • Elihu’s very first characteristic mentioned in the bible is anger
  • Cain’s very first characteristic mentioned in the bible is anger
  • Cain was the very first human born of the seed of the serpent [the devil].

In Job 32, its also very important to note that the word “kindled” is also used 4 times in this section in reference to Elihu’s anger:

Strong’s Concordance #2734
charah: to burn or be kindled with anger
Part of Speech: Verb
Phonetic Spelling: (khaw-raw’)
Short Definition: burned

There are 8 references to Elihu’s fierce anger in only 5 verses!

Definition of wrath [dictionary.com]
noun
* strong, stern, or fierce anger; deeply resentful indignation; ire.
* vengeance or punishment as the consequence of anger.

In other words, Elihu’s wrath was off the chart, beyond the boundaries of normal human anger and crossed over into the realm of spiritual anger.

Ephesians 4
26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
27 Neither give place to the devil.

See the definition of angry below:

Genesis 4
6 And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?
7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.
9 And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper?

So Cain had the 5-senses anger that focused on punishing the perceived offender [his brother Abel, who had done nothing wrong] rather than the moral content of the offense. He punished him by murder and then lied about it to God.

Murder and lying are 2 dominant characteristics of people born of the seed of the serpent.

Since Elihu had the same anger as Cain, we have now established his mindset or motive of revenge.

There is nothing wrong with good spiritual anger, since Jesus Christ even displayed it at times and never sinned, but there are 3 factors we must keep in mind:

  • there is 5 senses human anger
  • there is spiritual anger, either as inspired by God or the devil
  • we must keep anger under control and not let it gain control over us

Here are some very important verses on anger and we will see even more significance of them in the other sections:

Proverbs 29:22
An angry man stirreth up strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression.

Proverbs 15:18
A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.

Since this extreme wrath stirs up strife, this section on Elihu’s wrath is immediately followed by the section on sowing discord among the brethren below.

Definition of “strife” [from dictionary.com]:
noun

  1. vigorous or bitter conflict, discord, or antagonism: to be at strife.
  2. a quarrel, struggle, or clash: armed strife.
  3. competition or rivalry: the strife of the marketplace.
  4. Archaic. strenuous effort.
Sowing discord among the brethren

People born of the seed of the serpent and their characteristics are mentioned over 125 times throughout the bible.

However, no other section of scripture has a greater concentration of characteristics than proverbs 6.

Proverbs 6
16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Look how simple verse 19 is: a false witness that speaks lies sows discord among the brethren. That’s just common sense.

  • Job falsely accused his sons and daughters of cursing God in their hearts [Job 1:5];
  • Job’s wife told him to curse God and die for no apparent reason [Job 2:9]
  • All 3 of Job’s friends mysteriously turned against him [Job 4 – 31], even after mourning with him and comforting him for an entire week
  • Elihu attacked Job from chapter 32 – 37

If these are not examples of discord among the brethren, then what is?!

Job’s accusation against his own children is the functioning of the accuser working in him to divide up the family and cause destruction.

Revelation 12:10
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

I Corinthians 2:11
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

As I Corinthians verifies, Job had no way of knowing what was going on in his children’s hearts, unless God gave him the revelation, which he did not.

With all his resources as the greatest man of God in the east, Job at least could have sent out spies to verify his children’s actions, but he didn’t.

He kept sowing his false fears in his heart until catastrophe hit.

Job 3:25
For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.

And as we saw in the previous sections, Elihu had a very evil form of anger and proverbs says twice that anger stirs up strife.

So who actually caused all the divisions?

Job 2:5
And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.

It was Satan, the indirect attack from the devil, who works most effectively through his children, who have no knowledge of or control over who they are spiritually or what is actually going on.

Enemy of all righteousness

Job 32
1 So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
2 Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred of Ram: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God.

Job 32:1 [Lamsa bible, from 5th century Aramaic text]
So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in their eyes.

In Job 32:2, the word “justified” is the Hebrew word:

Strong’s Concordance #6663
tsadeq or tsadoq: to be just or righteous
Part of Speech: Verb
Phonetic Spelling: (tsaw-dak’)
Short Definition: righteous

So Job was righteous before God. This is corroborated by what the bible says of Job in the first chapter as well.

Job 1:1
There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared [reverenced] God, and eschewed evil.

If Elihu was a man of God, then why was he off-the-charts angered by Job’s confession of being righteous before God?

That doesn’t make sense until you see who was born of the seed of the serpent in the new testament and God says about him in relation to righteousness.

Acts 13
8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.
9 Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him [the word “the” was added to the Greek texts (so it should be removed) and Holy Ghost is more accurately translated holy spirit].
10 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
12 Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.

This seed boy was called “thou enemy of all righteousness”.

That explains why Elihu was overflowing with wrath against Job: because of God’s righteousness in Job and Elihu was a very ungodly man.

Dark counsel

The root word “dark” and its derivatives are used 230 times in the bible and 34 [14%] of them are in the book of Job, more than any other book of the bible.

Since Job was the first book of the bible written chronologically, it’s the first spiritual light of God ever written.

Job 38
1 Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?

According to the Brown-Driver-Briggs concordance, this word darkeneth is used figuratively to mean to “obscure, confuse“, which fits perfectly with what we know about the adversary in general.

The verb “darkeneth” is the Hebrew word chashak: to be or grow dark [Strong’s #2821] and is used 18 times in the bible.

This is mathematically, biblically and spiritually perfect, because:

  • If you add the digits of 18, you get 1 + 8 = 9, the number of judgment and finality
  • 18 is also 9 x 2 = double judgment.
  • “darkeneth” also has 9 letters

Definition of obscure [from dictionary.com]
verb (used with object), ob·scured, ob·scur·ing.

  • to conceal or conceal by confusing (the meaning of a statement, poem, etc.).
  • to make dark, dim, indistinct, etc.

Judgment certainly is appropriate for the sons of the devil who obscure the word of God and sow confusion and every evil work.

James 3:16
For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

WORDS WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE

Job 34 [amplified bible]
34 Men of understanding will tell me, indeed, every wise man who hears me [will agree],
35 Job speaks without knowledge, and his words are without wisdom and insight.
36 Job ought to be tried to the limit because he answers like wicked men!

In verse 35, seed of the serpent people [Elihu] always falsely accuse others of what they are guilty of themselves – speaking without knowledge and answering like a wicked man.

Job 35:16
Therefore doth Job open his mouth in vain; he multiplieth words without knowledge.

This is at least the second time Job has been falsely accused of speaking without knowledge.

Verification of this is by what God himself said about Elihu:

Job 38:2
Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?

Note additional characteristics of the seed of the serpent in Jude & II Peter:

Jude 1:12 [amplified bible]
These men are hidden reefs [elements of great danger to others] in your love feasts when they feast together with you without fear, looking after [only] themselves; [they are like] clouds without water, swept along by the winds; autumn trees without fruit, doubly dead, uprooted and lifeless;

II Peter 2
17 These are wells [fountains or springs] without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

  1. Words without knowledge are purposeless
  2. Fountains without water are purposeless
  3. Fruit trees without fruit are purposeless
  4. Clouds without life-giving water are purposeless also. Otherwise, they obscure the life-giving light of the sun, just as Elihu obscures the spiritual light of God
  5. People born of the seed of the serpent are void of any Godly purpose

Notice that the first 4 elements have water in common:

Jeremiah 17:13
O Lord, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the Lord, the fountain of living waters.

Ephesians 5:26
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

  1. Since the Lord is the fountain of living waters, and he communicates with us through his word, it is a spiritual fountain of living water also.
  2. Fountains consist of water
  3. Trees cannot thrive without water
  4. Clouds consist of water-vapor

Definition of “vanity” in verse 18:

Strong’s Concordance #3153
mataiotés: vanity, emptiness
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine
Phonetic Spelling: (mat-ah-yot’-ace)
Usage: vanity, emptiness, unreality, purposelessness, ineffectiveness, instability, frailty; false religion.

HELPS Word-studies
Cognate: 3153 mataiótēs (a noun) – aimlessness due to lacking purpose or any meaningful end; nonsense because transitory.

Seed of the serpent people speak empty, purposeless words to conceal the word of God by confusion, the exact same thing Elihu accused Job of.

It’s interesting to note that in Job 34:35, the root word of “knowledge” is the Hebrew word yada, in the context of an evil man falsely accusing job of speaking words without knowledge.

Speaking words without knowledge is literally impossible because all words will convey the knowledge of facts, figures, emotions, perspectives, etc. Therefore, it’s a derogatory figure of speech meaning he’s saying nothing of spiritual value.

A modern definition of yada is: “A disparaging response, indicating that something previously said was predictable, repetitive or tedious”.

Is Job 34:35 the true origin of Seinfeld’s yada yada yada?

Elihu: nature determines actions

Job 32
11 Behold, I waited for your words; I gave ear to your reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say.
12 Yea, I attended unto you, and, behold, there was none of you that convinced Job, or that answered his words

How would Elihu know this unless he was present and close enough to Job and his friends that he could hear what they were saying?

Jamieson-Fausset-Brown Bible Commentary: “Therefore Elihu was present from the first”.

Job’s friends started out good, but after a while they mysteriously turned against him. Based on these verses, we know that Elihu was following or monitoring Job for some time.

Its very possible then that Job’s wife and friends turned against him because of the devil spirit influence of Elihu. In other words, it was Elihu who was sowing discord among the brethren in the background.

I Corinthians 15:33
Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

Definition of “communications”:

Strong’s Concordance #3657
homilia: company, association

Elihu was around Job, his wife and his 3 friends, and all of them went south spiritually.

Satan had Job’s wife attack him, but she failed, so then he turned all 3 of Job’s friends against him. That failed also, so the next logical weapon is someone that is stronger and has greater resources to wield against him. Therefore, Satan sent out Elihu, a person born of the seed of the serpent.

Below is a very interesting piece of Old Testament history:

Gleason L. Archer, Jr. A Survey of Old Testament Introduction, 464.

III. DATE:
A. Date of the Events: Probably pre-Mosaic, even patriarchal from the second Millennium B.C.

  1. Job is lacking references to historical events and reflects a non-Hebraic cultural background which little is known about
  2. Location:

a. Uz was located in northern Arabia3

b. Job’s friend, Eliphaz, came from Teman, a city in Edom

c. Elihu came from the Buzites who lived next to the Chaldeans in northeast Arabia4

https://bible.org/article/introduction-book-job

At the very least, since Elihu grew up right next to the Chaldeans, he had to have gained some knowledge of their culture, language, geography, customs, etc.

More likely, he had interactions with them, knew some of them and forged relationships with them, or had an interpreter do it for him.

Considering:

  • Elihu’s multiple characteristics of a child of the devil
  • the fact that he grew up right next to the Chaldeans and likely had interactions with them
  • he was lurking in the background of Job’s life, wife and friends from the beginning

Brings up the distinct probability that it was Elihu who:

  • orchestrated the Chaldean’s attack against Job, exploiting his fear
  • influenced Job to falsely accuse his children of cursing God
  • turned his wife against him, who told him to curse God and die
  • turned his 3 friends against him

According to the principles of criminology, Elihu had the:

  • Motive: the intent to commit a crime [John 8:41 “Ye do the deeds of your father”…; fierce anger]
  • Means: the resources necessary to commit the crime [devil spirits]
  • Opportunity: the unencumbered chance at following through on his intention

Another very important point is that Elihu was working in the background of Job, his wife and friends in the first few chapters of Job, yet is never even mentioned until chapter 32.

This tells us that seed of the serpent people work in secret, even if they are well known [one of their names is men of renown, so they can hide in plain sight].

This is because the book of Job was the first book of the bible written, and they were not fully exposed as in other books of the bible that were written much later.

Job 31:35
Oh that one would hear me! behold, my desire is, that the Almighty would answer me, and that mine adversary had written a book.

With a lot of work, these dark and evil people can be exposed and defeated with all the resources of God available to us.

Ephesians 1
16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought [energized] in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Job, a new perspective, part 4

The english word “integrity” is used 16 times in the KJV, and 4 times in the book of Job, = 25%.

Chronologically, the first 4 usages are in the book of Job, revealing it’s importance.

Job 2:3
And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

Job 2:9
Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.

Job 27:5
God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.

Job 31:6
Let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know mine integrity.

Think you are inferior? Think again!

The english word “inferior” is only used 4 times in the KJV, and 2 of them [50%!] are in the book of Job.

In chapters 12 & 13, Job answered Zophar the Naamathite.

Job 12:3
But I have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you: yea, who knoweth not such things as these?

Job 13:2
What ye know, the same do I know also: I am not inferior unto you.

Here is some of the deeper meaning of the context, revealed by the figure of speech repeated alternation from E.W. Bullinger’s Companion Reference bible.

Here are at least 3 applications of this truth, in our administration of grace, of the phrase, “I am not inferior unto you”:

  • You = the world = noun = a person, place or thing. Got bad memories of people, places or things? God says you are not inferior to them!
  • You = the devil, who is the god of this world. Don’t let him convince you through the systems of the world that you are inferior!
  • You = your corrupt old man nature; don’t allow your mind to be your worst enemy! The Christ within, the spiritual incorruptible seed, is your true nature and is not inferior to your old man nature!
A great confession of truth: I am not inferior. Period.

Job 27
5 God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.
6 My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live.

Why to we need to hold onto our righteousness?

Because we are in a spiritual competition.

John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Technically, even the devil himself cannot literally steal our gift of holy spirit, our redemption, our righteousness, etc.

However, it is possible for him [through our corrupt old man nature and the systems of the world, if we allow it], to steal the word of God out of our mind.

Matthew 13
4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:
19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

This is why its so important to know how the word of God interprets itself so that we can understand the heart and logic of it in order to stand a lifetime.

I John 3
20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

The words that have been struck out are not in any critical Greek texts, as the companion reference bible confirms.

Job the indestructible!

Job 34:7
What man is like Job, who drinketh up scorning like water?

The word “scorning” is the Hebrew word Laag, which means “a mocking, derision” and is only used 6 times in the bible, the number of man as he is influenced by the adversary Satan.

It is also the first usage in the bible, both canonically [Genesis to Revelation] and chronologically.

  • Definition of mock [from dictionary.com]:
  • verb (used with object)
  • to attack or treat with ridicule, contempt, or derision.
  • to ridicule by mimicry of action or speech; mimic derisively.
  • to mimic, imitate, or counterfeit.

  • Definition of derision:
  • noun
  • ridicule; mockery:
  • The inept performance elicited derision from the audience.
  • an object of ridicule.

  • Definition of ridicule:
  • noun
  • speech or action intended to cause contemptuous laughter at a person or thing; derision.

We get the idea.

Imagine the psychological and spiritual strength that Job had to not only endure, but to defeat, all the mocking, derision and other verbal attacks from:

  • his wife
  • multiple rounds of remorseless attacks from all 3 of his friends [9 rounds, from chapter 3 to 28 – sounds like a boxing match!]
  • multiple rounds of remorseless attacks from Elihu
  • on top of losing his:
  • business
  • finances
  • sons
  • daughters
  • home
  • reputation
  • health
  • servants

Job basically became a spiritual superman by simply learning and applying biblical principles.

Making this even more amazing is that this was a very ancient time when there was no written revelation from God at all! [there’s a lot of controversy among biblical scholars as to who actually wrote the book of Job and when].

Jesus Christ had to have learned from Job in order to successfully repel all the adversary’s attacks against him.

So here are at least some of the biblical and spiritual principles that Job used to successfully quench all the fiery darts of the wicked;

Job 2:9
Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.

Definition of retain: chazaq [Strong’s #2388]: to be or grow firm or strong, strengthen

Maintaining his integrity, holding onto God’s righteousness, is what gave Job the strength to endure and to even grow among the attacks.

Thus some of the keys to Job’s success were:

  • maintaining his integrity; holding onto God’s righteousness and knowing his completeness in the Lord
  • the word integrity is tummah, which is also one of the hidden stones in the high priest’s breastplate of his garment
  • tummah is also mentioned with the urim, the other hidden stone in the high priest’s breastplate. Urim means light or flame and references the light in the eastern sky
  • in our administration, we have the armour [breastplate] of light
  • in our administration, we have the armour [breastplate] of righteousness
  • refusing to think or believe he was inferior to anyone

Job, a new perspective, part 3

In part 2, we looked at the thummim, one of the hidden stones in the breastplate of the priest’s garment that indicated God’s integrity.

Now we will see the significance of the urim, which is only used 7 times in the bible, the number of spiritual perfection.

It is also one of the hidden stones in the breastplate of the priest’s garment that is associated with the thummim.

Exodus 28:30
And thou shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be upon Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in before the Lord: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the Lord continually.

Leviticus 8:8
And he put the breastplate upon him: also he put in the breastplate the Urim and the Thummim.

Numbers 27:21
And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the Lord: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.

Deuteronomy 33:8
And of Levi he said, Let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy one, whom thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;

1 Samuel 28:6
And when Saul enquired of the Lord, the Lord answered him not, neither by dreams, nor by Urim, nor by prophets.

Ezra 2:63
And the Tirshatha said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.

Nehemiah 7:65
And the Tirshatha said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and Thummim.

In all 7 usages, the Hebrew word urim has some enlightening truths:

THE ENLIGHTENING TRUTHS OF THE URIM

Definition of urim:

Brown-Driver-Briggs [concordance]
noun [masculine] plural region of light, East

The Hebrew word “urim” comes from the Hebrew word “ur” = flame, which comes from the Hebrew word “or” [definition below]

Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance
break give, show light en set on fire, shine
A primitive root; to be (causative, make) luminous (literally and metaphorically) — X break of day, glorious, kindle, (be, en-, give, show) light (-en, -ened), set on fire, shine.

[spock] Fascinating captain.[/spock]

Look at the connection and application of this truth in our administration of grace with Jesus Christ, the light of the world from the east.

Revelation 22:16
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Matthew 2:2
Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

“His star” was actually the planet Jupiter, also known as the king planet. Jesus Christ is king of the Judeans.

Matthew 24:27
For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

John 12:46
I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

Colossians 1:27
To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Philippians 2:15
That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

God’s light always dispels the darkness!

Before we can successfully defeat the powers of this world in the spiritual competition mentioned in Ephesians 6, 3 prerequisites are in perfect order in chapter 5:

  • walking in love
  • walking in light
  • walk circumspectly

2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

In verse 9, the word “spirit” is a mistranslation! It’s actually the Greek word photos, which means light.

15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

The word “light” is used 5 times in Ephesians 5: walking in light is a prerequisite of defeating the power of darkness in Ephesians 6.

I John 1:5
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

I John 2
8 Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.
9 He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.
10 He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.
11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

With Job’s wife and all three of his friends against him, he certainly had a multitude of temptations to be bitter, angry, hateful, etc against them, but he successfully resisted and defeated the negative influences by walking in light and integrity, represented by the 2 hidden stones in the breastplate, the urim and thummim.

Job certainly is a fantastic example of man’s frailties and strengths.

Lesson learned.

THE ARMOUR OF LIGHT AND THE ARMOUR OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

The Greek word “hoplon” means weapon or implement and is used either by itself or as a root word 7 times in the church epistles [Romans – Thessalonians] and 7 is the number of spiritual perfection.

Romans 13:12
The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

The urim stone hidden in the breastplate of the high priest’s garment represents God’s pure light.

This is the old testament equivalent of the armour of light in the age of grace.

The thummim stone hidden in the breastplate of the high priest’s garment represents God’s integrity and righteousness, which is the old testament equivalent to the armour of God’s righteousness in the age of grace.

II Corinthians 6:7
By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

The whole armour of God mentioned twice in Ephesians 6 is the new testament equivalent to what the urim and thummim represent in the old testament and includes the armour of light and the armour of righteousness.

Ephesians 6:11
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Ephesians 6:13
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

THE COUNTERFEIT URIM & THUMMIM, JOSEPH SMITH AND THE BOOK OF MORMON

The way that people of God receive revelation from God is by the gift of holy spirit. In the old testament, it was upon them upon a condition, but in the age of grace, it is within them as incorruptible spiritual seed, the Christ within.

The gift of holy spirit was not used by Joseph Smith to translate the book of Mormon in 1830. Instead he used material objects that manifested visions in the 5-senses realm, which is the operation of devil spirits.

A few years ago, I researched the book of Mormon and wrote 3 articles on what I found: the book of mormon is a religious counterfeit of the bible!

Just look at what the book of Mormon, chapter 8, verse 12 says of itself!!

The book of Mormon openly admits it has “imperfections” in it!!

Furthermore, since the book of Mormon openly admits it has “imperfections” in it, then the following is also true:

  • Since the book of Mormon uses the plural form of the word “imperfection”, then there has to be, by definition, at least 2 imperfections in it = at least 2 lies.
  • We don’t know how many imperfections there are; what if there are 19 or 163, or even more???
  • we don’t know where they are located or distributed
  • we don’t know the severity of the errors either; do they involve whether or not you have eternal life or are they a minor technicality?
  • knowledge of the errors breeds doubt [a sign of weak believing] and confusion [a psychological weapon of the adversary], both of which are classified as rotten fruit, which can only come from a rotten tree [Matthew 7]

Compare the book of Mormon with the word of God:

Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

So we can choose the perfect will of God in the form of the bible, or the book of Mormon, which admits it has imperfections in it.

Joseph Smith used material objects to manifest images in the 5-senses realm, which is the operation of devil spirits.
Since God declares his word, the bible, is perfect, and if the book of Mormon is the most correct book on earth, then it has to be better than perfect, which is a logical, grammatical and spiritual impossibility.

Furthermore, the phrase “most correct book” does not mean its perfect. It just means that its better than all other books, which is an obvious lie because the bible is God’s greatest work and is absolutely perfect and eternal.

Job, a new perspective: part 2

The key to Job being able to withstand all the attacks against him is mentioned in Job 2:9.

Job 2:9
Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.

INTEGRITY

Definition of “integrity”, from dictionary.com:
* adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
* the state of being whole, entire, or undiminished: to preserve the integrity of the empire.
* a sound, unimpaired, or perfect condition: the integrity of a ship’s hull.

WORD ORIGIN AND HISTORY FOR INTEGRITY

Integrity
n.
c.1400, “innocence, blamelessness; chastity, purity,” from Old French integrité or directly from Latin integritatem (nominative integritas ) “soundness, wholeness, blamelessness,” from integer “whole” (see integer). Sense of “wholeness, perfect condition” is mid-15c.

Biblically, the word “integrity” in Job 2:9 comes from the Hebrew word tummah [Strong’s #8538] and it’s definition is the same as it is in english: integrity. 4 out of it’s 5 usages [80%] in the bible are in the book of Job!

5 is the number of God’s grace in the bible.

That tells us that our true integrity comes from God and not ourselves.

This points back to our 5 sonship rights in the book of Romans, listed in their proper chronological and spiritual order:

  1. Redemption: being born again, legally owned by God because we were bought with the ultimate price: Jesus Christ’s life.
  2. Justification: To be made just or right before God.
  3. Righteousness: The God-given justification whereby a person stands in the presence of God without any consciousness of sin, guilt, or shortcomings.
  4. Sanctification: being separate and set apart from the spiritual contamination of the world
  5. Word and ministry of reconciliation: Only God’s perfect word can reconcile mankind back to God. It takes men and women of God committed to carrying out the ministry of reconciliation

Although countless teachings could be taught on just these 5 subjects alone, it is very important to be aware of them, understand their basic meaning, and practice their reality in our lives.

Having spiritual integrity from the inside out involves many, many things. Just a few of them are:

Matthew 5:13
Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

Matthew 5:14
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

Salt is a natural preservative and counteracts the corruption and decay of the world. Light dispels the darkness of the world and we are children of light.

Philippians 2
13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

Definition of “worketh” in Philippians 2:13; note how it fits in with verse 15.

I Peter 1:23
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

2 Timothy 1:13
Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith [believing] and love which is in Christ Jesus.

Acts 9:34
And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.

Godly righteousness vs worldly righteousness

The counterfeit integrity from the world is self righteousness that is mentioned in Matthew 6, which is contrasted against the righteousness of God.

Self righteousness often includes having great beauty, money, intelligence or wisdom, strength, a high position in society or notable accomplishments that affect you in ways that contradict the word of God.

It is performing works to be right with God, which many man-made religions are based upon and go to great legalistic extremes in a futile attempt to achieve righteousness which can only be by God’s grace.

According to the bible, there’s nothing wrong with being a strong, attractive, rich and wise person. It’s all about your attitude and where your true heart is.

However, its very important to research Matthew 6 a bit more to see how this relates to Job’s ability to victoriously withstand the horrendous attacks that were thrown at him.

Compare Matthew 6:1 in the KJV to a Greek manuscript from the 4th century:

Matthew 6:1 [KJV]
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 6:1 [Codex Sinaiticus, the oldest complete copy of the Greek New Testament, dating back to the 4th century]
But take heed that you do not your righteousness before men, to be seen by them: other wise you have no reward with your Father who is in the heavens.

Matthew 6:33
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Our own righteousness will melt in the heat of the spiritual competition, but God’s righteousness is indestructible!

How God’s breastplate of righteousness in the old testament ties into Ephesians and being victorious now is detailed below.

The breastplate of Righteousness

From Job 2:9, the word “integrity” is the Hebrew word tummah, which is the feminine version of the Hebrew word tom:

tom: completeness, integrity, also part of the high priest’s breastplate
Part of Speech: Noun Masculine
Phonetic Spelling: (tome)
Definition: completeness, integrity, also part of the high priest’s breastplate

The first definition of tom is completeness.

Colossians 2:10
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

This is certainly a good thing, but in the KJV, you just cannot get the total impact of the way its rendered compared to the Estrangelo Aramaic text.

It renders Colossians 2:10 approximately like this:

“We are completely, completely, absolutely complete in him!”…

Had Job been puffed up with man’s counterfeit righteousness instead of God’s true righteousness and integrity, the adversary, Satan [the indirect attacks of the devil], Job would have been blown out of the water in no time.

The same holds true for us: if we trust in ourselves, our abilities, knowledge, experiences, etc INSTEAD of trusting in God and his word, then we are guaranteed to lose in the spiritual competition.

Old Testament high priest outfit.

The whole 28th chapter of Exodus gives many many details of the entire garment of the high priest, all of which have spiritual significance and is a study all on its own.

Exodus 28:30
And thou shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be upon Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in before the Lord: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the Lord continually.

Isaiah 59:17
For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.

Ephesians 6
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Job 2:9, Exodus 28, Isaiah 59:17 & Ephesians 6 are all tied together by God’s red thread of integrity.

Job: a new perspective, part 1

INTRODUCTION

A long time ago, I was driving to a bible class, waiting at a stop light in the left turn lane. The weather was nice, so I had the front windows on both sides of my car rolled down. In the lane on my right was a black pickup truck who had his windows down also.

The driver was having an argument with somebody on his cell phone.

I was only at the light long enough to hear a few choice curse words directed against the other person who just happened to have the same name as me.

Only the adversary, the god of this world, could have arranged that.

We are psychologically and spiritually assaulted on a daily basis.

Websites, TV commercials, text messages, social media videos, overhearing a conversation from a stranger on a bus or a seeing a poster in the break room where you work can all be sources of confusion, darkness and error.

Welcome to the world!

Ephesians 6 is the epitome of the spiritual competition and gives us a great strategy on how to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Ephesians 6
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

In verse 16, it mentions “all the fiery darts of the wicked”.

So what are they, anyways?

Fiery darts of the wicked are words or images that contradict the word of God.

They probably can’t be numbered. However, we can categorize, understand, and defeat them with all the resources God gave us.

I John 4:4
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Matthew 15 categorizes 2 types of these fiery darts:

  • Commandments of men
  • Tradition of the elders

Matthew 15
1 Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,
2 Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.
3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
5 But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;
6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

That’s a perfect example of fiery darts of the wicked, the most effective of which are the ones in a counterfeit religious context.

In verse 6, look at the definition of “of none effect”:

The interesting part is to investigate the root word of kuroo: Kurios = Lord or master.

If we obey the doctrines, commandments and traditions of men, then we are not making Jesus Christ Lord or keeping God first.

Matthew 6:24 [amplified bible}
No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon [money, possessions, fame, status, or whatever is valued more than the Lord].

So what does all of this have to do with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ?

I Peter 2:24 …By his bruises we were healed…

I Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

The word “stripes” is the Greek word molops and this is the only place its used in the bible. This makes a lot of sense because Jesus Christ is the one and only true savior and the one and only true healer.

Definition of stripes:

Strong’s Concordance #3468
mólóps: a bruise
Part of Speech: Noun, Masculine
Usage: a bruise, stripe, left on the body by scourging.

We have forgiveness of sin by his shed blood and healing by his broken body.

Isaiah 52 [NET bible, New English Translation]
13 Look, my servant will succeed! He will be elevated, lifted high, and greatly exalted—
14 (just as many were horrified by the sight of you) he was so disfigured he no longer looked like a man;
15 his form was so marred he no longer looked human— so now he will startle many nations. Kings will be shocked by his exaltation, for they will witness something unannounced to them, and they will understand something they had not heard about.

What about his psychological bruises? They weren’t any less destructive than his physical attacks.

The Ephesians, Romans, Job connection

Jesus Christ not only provided physical healing, but psychological as well.

How do we overcome the fiery darts of the wicked mentioned in Ephesians 6?

Ephesians 1:1
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:

Ephesians is written to the strong, mature believers, those whose spiritual diet includes the solid meat of the word of God. But before you get to the top of your game, you must master the basics first.

Canonically [Genesis to Revelation], the book of Romans is the very first book of the 7 books of the bible written directly to the believers in the body of Christ and serves as its foundation.

Below is a screenshot of page 86 [the last page] of the book of Acts in the online version of the Companion Reference Bible by E.W. Bullinger.

Ephesians and all other church epistles are based upon the foundation of Romans.

Central to this book are the 5 sonship rights and mastering the corrupt old man nature.

  • Redemption
  • Justification
  • Righteousness
  • Sanctified
  • The word and ministry of reconciliation

Although Job did not have or know about all that we have now as sons of God in the grace administration, he did have enough to be victorious, even after an almost incomprehensibly horrific string of assaults and disasters.

Just as Ephesians is based upon Romans, the new testament is based upon the old testament.

The very first book of the bible written chronologically was the book of Job, around 1700 – 1500 B.C..

Thus there are parallel concepts between Romans, the first book of the 7 church epistles, and Job, the first book of bible written.

Therefore, we can learn a lot from the book of Job and his experiences.

By chapter 2, Job had already lost his sons, daughters, business, and servants to a fire, a storm, and attacks by the Sabeans and Chaldeans.

How would you have weathered a “perfect storm” from the adversary like that, after being the greatest man or woman of God in your region?

And the devil was just getting warmed up…

Job 2:7
So went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.

Who says that God tests us with sickness, disease and death? Not God.

Job 2:9
Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.

Imagine your spouse telling you to curse God and die after all the previous disasters and being made sick as a dog on top of that!

Many have said that verbal abuse is worse than physical abuse because its effects and memories can haunt you a lifetime, long after physical bruises have healed and gone away.

Look what the word of God says about the fiery darts of the wicked.

Psalms 57:4
My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.

Psalms 64:3
Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:

Proverbs 16:27
An ungodly man diggeth up evil: and in his lips there is as a burning fire.

These are all accurate examples of fiery darts of the wicked.

Job, Jesus Christ and us: victorious

So now we are going to peel back a deeper layer of truth about Jesus Christ’s crucifixion and what he really accomplished for us.

I Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

I Peter 2:24 is quoted from Isaiah 53:5.

Isaiah 53:5
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

The word “bruised” is the Hebrew word daka [phonetic spelling: daw-kaw’] and it means to crush. It’s used 18 times in the old testament, including Job 19:2, translated “and break”!

[The entire 18th chapter of Job is Bildad the Shuhite speaking to Job. According to the exhaustive dictionary of bible names, on page 43, the name Bildad means, “son of contention; contender; Lord Adad; old friendship, with love; confusing [by mingling] love.”

How appropriate.

Shuhite means: “descendents of Shua = wealth; rich; prosperity; noble.”

Job 19
1 Then Job answered and said,
2 How long will ye vex my soul, and break me in pieces with words?
3 These ten times have ye reproached me: ye are not ashamed that ye make yourselves strange to me.

How much more can a person take?!

Yet there were 2 more counterfeit friends who launched their own attacks against Job on top of Bildad’s attacks.

Then after all that, Job endured even more attacks from Elihu, a man the commentaries say was a man of God.

They just didn’t say which God he was a minister of, but that is the subject of another teaching.

Back in Isaiah 53:5, the word “stripes” is the Hebrew word chabburah defined below:

Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance #2250
blueness, bruise, hurt, stripe, wound
Or chabburah {khab-boo-raw’}; or chaburah {khab-oo-raw’}; from chabar; properly, bound (with stripes), i.e. A weal (or black-and-blue mark itself) — blueness, bruise, hurt, stripe, wound.

This word chabburah is used 7 times in the old testament, the number of spiritual perfection.

So in I Peter 2:24, we are healed by Jesus Christ’s stripes, which quotes Isaiah 53:5, where the word “stripes” is used in Job 19:2, translated “and break”.

Next month, we will dig deeper into Job and see what surprises come up…

The bible vs the medical system: part 8 – chemo kills

This information has been confirmed by the ICNR [International Center for Nutritional Research, Langhorne, PA] who verified the misleading chemo data

Chemotherapy is a spectacular failure!

At about 3 minutes, 50 seconds into the interview, Dr. Peter Glidden, B.S.  N.D., accurately observed [in the context of chemotherapy] and stated something about doctors: “They are completely blind…”

They are not physically blind, but spiritually blind, just as the bible teaches.

Dr. Glidden was seeing the 5-senses manifestation of a spiritual truth.

What causes this spiritual blindness?

Exodus 23:8 [NET bible: New English Translation]
You must not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds those who see and subverts the words of the righteous.

Deuteronomy 16:19 [amplified bible]
You shall not distort justice; you shall not be partial, and you shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous.

“Chemotherapeutic drugs are the only classification of drugs that the prescribing doctor gets a direct cut of…”

“The only reason chemotherapy is used is because doctors make money from it.  Period.”

Biblically and spiritually, the money doctors get for administering chemotherapy drugs for their patients is a bribe disguised as a payment.

This explains how the medical system can get away with using a treatment that has a 97% failure rate.

Definition of bribe [from dictionary.com]

noun
1. money or any other valuable consideration given or promised with a view to corrupting the behavior of a person, especially in that person’s performance as an athlete, public official, etc.:

2. anything given or serving to persuade or induce:

With every bribe there are devil spirits called perverse spirits involved, whose sole purpose is to steal, kill and destroy.

Other kinds of devil spirits are often associated with bribery spirits as well, such as lying spirits, causing even more problems.

This is what causes the spiritual blindness and distortion of the truth: devil spirit influence.

Forbes demonstrates that 50% of the top 4 most profitable industries is the pharmaceutical industry.

There are other forms of bribery in the medical system as well, but we will go into that in the next episode next month.

The ironic origin and history of chemotherapy

What does world war I and chemotherapy have in common?

Find out in this video on the history and origin of chemo…

With all this being said, I did just now [before publication] find out that at least 2 chemo chemicals called vincristine and vinclastine are derived from the periwinkle plant that is native to Madagascar.

However, as the studies show, the risks and damage from chemo far outweigh any benefits.

Furthermore, other treatments, such as fasting and essiac tea can be much safer and much more effective in dealing with cancer.

The illogic of chemo

The following screenshot is from mercola.com [December 16, 2018].

Chemotherapy destroys the immune system designed to destroy cancer!

Let’s verify these facts with some very simple logic.

Everybody knows that the human body has many different systems, such as:

  • Skeletal
  • Muscular
  • Immune
  • Cardiovascular
  • Nervous
  • etc

John Doe has cancer.

By that very fact alone, which body system is the weakest?

His immune system.

Since oncologists tell us that chemo kills all cells in the body, [not just cancer cells], which system will it disable first?

The weakest one, which is his immune system, which is his only protection against cancer.

Since chemo weakens the body’s only defense against cancer, how can it heal us of it?!

https://www.nydailynews.com/life-style/health/shock-study-chemotherapy-backfire-cancer-worse-triggering-tumor-growth-article-1.1129897

Look what scientists found in a study on chemo as reported in the New York Daily News…

So this study confirms what Dr. Mercola and others have already known: chemo causes and accelerates the disease it’s supposed to eradicate!

This explains why chemo has such a high failure rate and why the medical system causes more deaths than any other industry.

John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Hebrews 2:14
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he [Jesus Christ] also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Chemotherapy is a contradiction in terms

“Chemo” is a contraction of chemical, so the full and correct terminology is chemical therapy.

But most people simply use the term “chemo” instead because its a shorter, simpler and a much smoother sounding word.

Definition of “euphemism” from dictionary.com

noun
1. the substitution of a mild, indirect, or vague expression for one thought to be offensive, harsh, or blunt.
2. the expression so substituted:
“To pass away” is a euphemism for “to die.”

But chemical therapy is not just any chemical.

It comes from chemical warfare agents that are specifically designed to kill.

British Dictionary definitions for therapy

noun plural -pies
the treatment of physical, mental, or social disorders or disease

Word Origin and History for therapy
n.
1846, “medical treatment of disease,” from Modern Latin therapia , from Greek therapeia “curing, healing,” from therapeuein “to cure, treat medically,” literally “attend, do service, take care of;” related to therapon “servant, attendant.”

Online Etymology Dictionary, © 2010 Douglas Harper

So how can a derivative of a chemical warfare agent honestly and accurately be called a therapy?

By definition, it can’t.

It’s just another lie of the devil in the medical system that kills more people and is more profitable than any other industry.

Hazardous drugs: can chemo cause cancer?

When I first found out about this, I was shocked!

How could a drug that is ostensibly [outward appearance] designed to heal us ever be labeled hazardous?!

It can’t truly heal us because as we’ve seen in the previous section, chemo is a contradiction of terms.

The following screenshot is from: https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/docs/2004-165/pdfs/2004-165.pdf

Unbelievable!!! NIOSH openly admits that chemo can cause cancer, yet oncologists recommend chemo on a regular basis.

Did you see the first sentence?!

Health care workers inject their patients with the very same drugs that NIOSH is trying to protect them from!

This is medical, biblical and spiritual hypocrisy that represents the infiltration, contamination, saturation and domination of the medical system with influences that ultimately originate from our spiritual adversary Satan. It doesn’t mean that the health care workers have evil intentions. No no no.

They are blindly following the medical system’s protocols, not knowing what is really going on spiritually.

How does the medical system define hazardous drugs?

  • Hazardous drug characteristics: NIOSH states any agent exhibiting:
  • carcinogenicity: [causes cancer]
  • genotoxicity: [damages genetic material [DNA/RNA] and causes mutations]
  • organ toxicity: [significant toxicological damage which negatively affects the biochemistry, function, and/or structure of a specific organ]
  • other developmental toxicities: [adverse toxic effects to the developing embryo or fetus or fetus/embryo by a chemical]
  • reproductive toxicity:  [adverse effects of a chemical substance on sexual function and fertility in adult males and females, as well as developmental toxicity in the offspring]
  • teratogenicity: [A teratogen is an agent that can disturb the development of the embryo or fetus. Teratogens halt the pregnancy or produce a congenital malformation (a birth defect)]
  • should be treated as a hazardous drug.

Matthew 7:20
Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

What are the fruits of chemo?

  • it weakens us financially: according to a Harvard University study, medical debt is the cause of 75% of all bankruptcies. Some chemo treatments can cost up to $100,000/year!
  • it weakens the entire body: it damages all cells, tissues, organs and systems of the body
  • it weakens the immune system: the immune system is the only system that can defeat cancer, so from a biblical and spiritual perspective, it’s a deliberate, tactical attack against the patient, disguised as a treatment
  • it weakens the mind and our ability to believe for healing: “chemo brain” is a description of the many symptoms of cognitive and memory dysfunction that often occur after treatment. It includes:
  • Confusion
  • fatigue
  • difficulty concentrating
  • mental fogginess
  • short attention span
  • short-term memory problems
  • trouble with verbal memory
  • trouble with visual memory
  • etc

So from a biblical and spiritual perspective, chemo is a deliberate, tactical attack against the patient’s ability to believe for healing, again disguised as a valid medical treatment.

So when you look at all the negative effects of chemo, it’s clearly not from the one true God.

Chemo PPE [Personal Protective Equipment]

That’s right, handling chemo requires specially designed personal protective equipment [PPE]!

What does it consist of?

ONS is the Oncology Nurses Society.

Since the text is so faint, the first sentence says, “Two pairs of chemotherapy tested gloves should be worn for all HD handling activities”.

One pair of D6978-05 chemotherapy gloves certified by the ASTM [American Society for Testing and Materials] is not enough!

Two are recommended.

What else is required?

A specially-sealed gown that does not have any seams in the front to minimize any chance of a chemo drug leaking through.

Anything else?

Of course. All of this still isn’t enough.

The text for the face protection section says, “Use face shield in combination with goggles to provide full protection against splashing in the eyes and face.”

Goggles or a face shield by themselves does not provide enough protection!

Both must be worn at the same time!!

In order to protect health care workers from exposure to chemotherapy drugs, it was required that:

* Technologically advanced, ASTM-tested equipment be designed.
* Special protocols were developed just to handle it
* But somehow it’s ok to inject it directly into their patient’s bloodstream.

In the context of hypocrisy, look what Jesus Christ said!

Matthew 23 [amplified bible]
1 Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to His disciples,
2 saying: “The scribes and Pharisees have seated themselves in Moses’ chair [of authority as teachers of the Law];
3 so practice and observe everything they tell you, but do not do as they do; for they preach [things], but do not practice them.
27 “Woe to you, [self-righteous] scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which look beautiful on the outside, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and everything unclean.
28 So you, also, outwardly seem to be just and upright to men, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.

Doctors wear the famous pure white lab coats, reminding me of the whitewashed coffins, but prescribe drugs that ultimately lead to premature death.

Proverbs 22:3
A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Proverbs 27:12
A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.

The bible vs the medical system: part 7 modern pharmakeia

You’ve been hit by a smooth criminal!

Substance Abuse Treatment, Prevention, and Policy [2016]

Drug-related celebrity deaths: A cross-sectional study

According to this research study, 220 celebrities died of drug-related deaths between 1970 – 2015!

[Another source puts that number at over 400.  A third source says it’s 200+, so we have validation here].

If you filter out alcohol and illegal drugs, there were 135 – 140 celebrity deaths just from prescription drugs alone.

How do you put a price on the cost to them, their families and the effect on society?

The real irony is that Michael Jackson was hit by the smooth criminal that is the prescription drug industry.

His death was declared a homicide due to the combination of benzodiazepines and propofol found in his body.

The government website pub chem says, “Benzodiazepine is a group of two-ring heterocyclic compounds consisting of a benzene ring fused to a diazepine ring.”

Benzodiazepines are a class of drugs known as minor tranquilizers and anticonvulsants and contain 50% benzene, a petrochemical and an ingredient in crude oil, detergents, dyes, explosives, lubricants, pesticides and rubbers.

Just what we all want to bath our brain cells in!

Some of the more common exposures of benzene are tobacco smoke, motor vehicle exhaust and industrial emissions.

Benzene is also a known human carcinogen, which is why its content in gasoline is not allowed to be more than 1%.  However, the EPA put in place new regulations in 2011 that limited the maximum benzene content of gasoline to only 0.62%, further emphasizing its toxicity.

The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry [ATSDR] lists benzene as number 6.

It should be noted that this priority list is not a list of “most toxic” substances, but rather a prioritization of substances based on a combination of their frequency, toxicity, and potential for human exposure at NPL[National Priorities List] sites.

Notice that benzene and benzene containing compounds are listed 3 times in the top 10, more than any other substance.

Furthermore, biphenyls [polychlorinated] are #5 on the list and are derivatives of benzene, so benzene is really involved in 40% of the top 10.

One glaring example of biphenyls is BPA, which is in many plastic drinking bottles, thermal paper receipts and it also lines many canned foods.

It’s categorized as an endocrine disrupter that has already been banned by Canada and the European Union, but is still in use in the United States, although its use has been declining.

How can it be legal to put benzene in any substance designed for human consumption?!?!

The FDA, who is supposed to regulate the pharmaceutical industry, is fully aware of this information, yet they still allow it to go on, so they have to be part of the problem.

Therefore, there must be foul play going on, such as bribery, coercion or a conflict of interest.

Many times, a CEO of a large company will quit their job and be hired by the department of the FDA that oversees the industry that the CEO was just employed by!

That same CEO often owns large amounts of stock in the company that he formerly controlled.

In other words, there is a selfish conflict of interest going on.

As a matter of fact, there has been over 800 documented waivers of conflict of interest in the government already.

This is the level of corruption we are dealing with in the drug industry and it’s all based on the love of money.

I Timothy 6
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Notice the fire and skull & cross bones symbols on the left side of the bottle!  This tells us it’s highly flammable and very toxic.

But it gets even worse.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency [EPA] has set a Maximum Contaminate Level [MCL] for benzene in drinking water at only 0.005 mg/L [5 ppb], as promulgated via the U.S. National Primary Drinking Water Regulations.

This regulation is based on preventing benzene leukemogenesis [that which causes leukemia = “any of several cancers of the bone marrow that prevent the normal manufacture of red and white blood cells and platelets, resulting in anemia, increased susceptibility to infection, and impaired blood clotting”.

Leviticus 17:11
For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

Look where the adversary [Satan – the indirect onslaught of the devil] attacks us through the medical system: the very “heart” of the flesh = the blood.

If the blood can be contaminated or weakened in any way, it will have the same effect on the entire body.

The American Petroleum Institute (API) stated in 1948 that “it is generally considered that the only absolutely safe concentration for benzene is zero”.  There is no safe exposure level; even tiny amounts can cause harm.

The maximum contaminant level goal [MCLG], a nonenforceable health goal that would allow an adequate margin of safety for the prevention of adverse effects, is zero benzene concentration in drinking water.

Now we know why.

DO THE MATH!

Since the maximum contamination level was set to be only 5 parts per billion [0.005 mg/L in drinking water], that tells us how incredibly toxic benzene really is.

According to drugs.com, depending on the disorder treated, klonopin, one of the many forms of benzodiazipines [benzos for short], the maximum recommended daily dose is 20 mg.

However, the recommended daily dosage is often only 1 – 5 mg, depending on variables.

So let’s conservatively say that a person only takes one 4 mg klonopin pill per day.

Since benzos are 50% benzene, a 4 mg pill of klonopin contains 2 mg of benzene.

2 mg divided by 0.005 mg  = a dosage of benzene that is 400 times over the EPA’s maximum safety level.

Some other benzodiazepine anticonvulsants are valium, onfi, atavan, transxene T-tab and versed.

How many millions of people have been poisoned by these toxic drugs?

The federal Controlled Substances Act [CSA] of 1970 by the DEA [Drug Enforcement Agency, a branch of the US government] classifies drugs into five schedules [categories] based on the potential for abuse and whether or not the drug has been proven and accepted for medical use.

Each schedule is governed by different rules regarding drug production, sale, possession, and use, and, depending on the schedule, the punishment for a violation may be more severe.

The schedules range from 1 to 5, with 1 being the most severe and 5 being the least.

Schedule I drugs have a high potential for abuse, as well as a high potential for severe dependence. Since there’s no currently accepted medical use for these drugs, all possession or use is illegal.

Some examples of schedule 1 drugs are cannabis [this classification is very controversial and some states have bypassed federal regulations], ecstasy, heroin, and psychedelics [certain kinds of mushrooms, DMT and LSD].

Schedule 5 drugs are have a low potential for abuse and a low or limited potential for dependence. These drugs have currently accepted medical uses, and it’s possible to obtain a legal prescription for them. Examples include codeine-infused cough syrups, ezogabine, and others.

Benzodiazepines are classified as schedule 4 drugs.

Is that a coincidence or by design that such destructive chemicals also can be potentially addictive?

Criminal intent?

Since the FDA and the pharmaceutical companies already know in advance the damage that benzos cause, yet they also deliberately manufacture, approve, regulate and sell them, isn’t this, in reality, criminal intent?

Since I’m not an attorney, I don’t know, but it makes you really wonder about the ethics of all this.

From blackslawdictionary.org:

“Criminal intent is a necessary component of a “conventional” crime and involves a conscious decision on the part of one party to injure or deprive another.

It is one of three categories of “mens rea,” the basis for the establishment of guilt in a criminal case. There are multiple shades of criminal intent that may be applied in situations ranging from outright premeditation to spontaneous action”.

Obviously, writing prescriptions for such drugs as klonopin or valium are not legal crimes, but based upon:

  • a deliberate decision to administer a drug with known toxic consequences
  • proven potential for addiction or abuse

shouldn’t they be?

And shouldn’t the entities who manufacture, regulate, sell and administer such substances be held accountable?

Just food for thought.

And this is just one drug out of thousands.

Not to mention the countless and untested interactions of all these drugs with each other.

Then add in all the other untested variables, such as how do drugs A, B, C and D interact with each other when in the presence of:

  • mercury [from dental fillings]
  • glyphosate [a toxic ingredient in roundup, an herbicide that has found its way into nearly every plant, animal, water source, soil, and air]
  • chlorine and its byproducts from drinking water, swimming pools and taking a shower
  • chem trails from planes
  • car exhaust
  • out-gassing of VOC’s [Volatile Organic Compounds] from the vinyl flooring you just had installed in your kitchen

The number of combinations drugs with other drugs and the 80,000 different environmental chemicals probably cannot even be calculated.

Michael Hochman, M.D., of the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California says “The risk of adverse events increases exponentially after someone is on four or more medications”.

Almost 1.3 million people went to U.S. emergency rooms due to adverse drug effects in 2014, and about 124,000 died from those events.

This is what is known as the systematization of error, where one area of error affects another, which affects another, etc.

Drug classifications, their function and the violation of biblical principles

There are many different ways to classify drugs.  Just some examples are:

  • Legal status: legal or illegal
  • Risk status: safe or dangerous
  • Name: Generic or brand name
  • Disease [s]:  what diseases are they designed to treat
  • Pharmacodynamics: mechanisms of action within the body
  • Source: plants or synthetic
  • Formulary:  according to Blue cross/blue shield, medications are assigned to one of four, five or six categories known as copayment or coinsurance tiers, based on drug usage, cost and clinical effectiveness.

I am in the process of classifying drugs from a biblical and spiritual perspective.

Here is what I discovered so far from a quick study guide on pharmacology and my own observations:

  • Poisons: some drugs, such as benzos, literally poison the body with a known highly toxic substance, such as benzene, that has zero nutritional value, in order to achieve the desired effect.   Therefore, this cannot be a true or Godly form of medicine, but is in fact, an attack against God’s second greatest work, the human body, disguised as medicine.
    • Romans 1:30
Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
    • Who invented the idea that a highly toxic poison should be put in a prescription medication?  In my opinion, it would have to be inspired by devil spirits, not the one true God.
  • Counterfeit:  other prescription drugs, such as thyroxine, are a synthetic counterfeit of a substance that the human body produces naturally.  In this case, thyroxine is a counterfeit of the thyroid hormone.  It is chemically different enough that it can be declared a unique substance, and therefore be patentable so that the drug manufacturers can make lots of money off of it, yet is similar enough to the original thyroid hormone to achieve an effect approaching the original.   That’s a tough chemical balancing act.
    • The bible is full of verses about how the devil counterfeits virtually everything that God says or does.  Thus, if a drug counterfeits a substance in the body in order to achieve an effect, who really inspired it?
  • Inhibitors: many classes of drugs are deliberately designed to disrupt necessary bodily functions.  One example are the PPI’s [Proton Pump Inhibitors], which greatly reduce the acid produced by the stomach.   This can cause multiple mineral deficiencies because they require stomach acid to be properly digested.  The late Dr. Linus Pauling, who won 2 nobel prizes, discovered that nearly every disease can be traced back to a mineral deficiency.   This may not be the only cause, but is certainly one of them.
    • How is it possible for the human body to be healed if a drug is deliberately disrupting a necessary function within it?  It can’t.  In the long run, it degrades the overall functioning of the body and makes it sicker, which will usually prompt another doctor visit, which almost always will result in yet another medication, which will probably have the same net effect.  This pattern is often repeated until the patient dies a premature death, just like the hundreds of celebrities and millions of people around the world harmed and killed by prescription drugs.

Risk vs benefit

This goes back to the Hippocratic oath: first do no harm.  Yet the definition of risk means “exposure to the chance of injury or loss”, so once again the Hippocratic oath is being violated.

Taking a high-risk drug for a minor ailment does not make sense.

However, a person who has a very serious illness may be willing to accept a higher risk if it will get the illness under control.

With many drugs, the situation has gotten out of hand.

My mother-in-law [she died in 2020] who was in a hospital with an afib condition.  Atrial fibrillation (also called AFib or AF) is a quivering or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications.

One of the medicines for it that the hospital wanted to give her actually has a 20% death rate as a side effect!

You would literally be safer playing Russian roulette with an old fashioned six shooter [17% chance of dying] than taking the medicine for the heart condition [20% chance of dying].

How did such a drug even get approved?

Wasn’t it tested enough?

In some emergencies, you have to take whatever medicines will achieve the desired effect in the shortest amount of time in order to save a person’s life or to prevent too much damage.

For that we should be thankful.

But for most chronic or degenerative diseases, improving our diet, exercise, lifestyle, supplements, etc is a much safer and more effective solution that can bring about great relief and in some cases, actually reverse the illness.Facebooktwitterlinkedinrss

The bible vs the medical system, part 6: old testament pharmakeia

INTRODUCTION

The Hippocratic oath is to first do no harm, yet experts in the medical system tell us that all drugs cause harm in the form of side effects [ranging from frivolous to fatal], so all doctors violate the Hippocratic oath with every prescription they write.

How many other industries regularly violate the principles they are based on and still survive?

Apparently, the pharmaceutical industry answers to no one, which suggests bribery and coercion with their governing body, the FDA, the one who is supposed to keep the drug companies in line.

Biblically and spiritually, this is lawlessness and hypocrisy.

In the bible, the devil is called the lawless one and Jesus Christ called the devil’s children [a particular group of religious leaders] hypocrites 7 times in Matthew 23.

The lawlessness and hypocrisy in the medical system simply reflects the devil’s contamination of the system as a whole by way of his children.

BTW  there are 3 things in the bible where God specifically says they are to be without hypocrisy:

  • Believing [I Timothy 1:5; II Timothy 1:5]
  • Love [Romans 12:9; II Corinthians 6:6; I Peter 1:22]
  • Wisdom [James 3:17]

Natural alternatives to prescription drugs have far fewer and less severe side effects, and very often have zero side effects when used properly for the right reasons.

BTW  Alternative medicine is really a misnomer because it has been in existence for thousands of years before modern prescription medications came on the scene 100 years or so ago.

Therefore, modern medical treatments are the true medical alternative to the historical standard of care.

PHARMAKEIA IN THE OLD TESTAMENT

There are 4 variations of the root Greek word pharmakeia that we will be studying in the old testament, so this is coming from the Septuagint, the Greek translation of the OT listed below:

pharmakeia 5331 [verb]
An administering of potions, sorcery, medicine.

pharmekeuo 5332.1 [verb]
To bewitch, administer potions; to compound medicine.

pharmakon 5332.2 [noun]
A drug, potion; medicine.

pharmakon 5333 [noun]
A sorcerer, an administerer of potions.

These 4 words are used:

  • 20 times in 11 different books of the old testament
  • 5 times in 2 different books of the new testament
  • for a total of 25 usages in 13 different books of the bible

13 is the number of rebellion in the bible.

Also of note is the fact that the root word for pharmakeia is used in 11 different books of the bible.

If ten is the number which marks the perfection of Divine order, then eleven is an addition to it, subversive of and undoing that order. If twelve is the number which marks the perfection of Divine government, then eleven falls short of it. So that whether we regard it as being 10 + 1, or 12 – 1, it is the number which marks, disorder, disorganization, imperfection, and disintegration“.

What does the unique distribution pattern of the root word pharmakeia tell us?

Here is the numerical and spiritual summary:

  • The root word pharmakeia is used in 2 books of the NT and 2 is the number of division
  • The root word pharmakeia is used more in Exodus than any other book of the bible [7 = 35%], which is also the 2nd book of the bible; again the number 2 for division
  • There are 4 variations of the root word and 4 is the number of the world; James 3:15 – the wisdom of this world is earthly, sensual and devilish; James 4:4 – a friend of the world is an enemy of God; I John 2:15 – if you love the world, the love of God is not in you;
  • The root word Pharmakeia is used 11 times in the OT and 11 is the number of disorder and disintegration
  • The root word Pharmakeia is used 13 times in the bible and 13 is the number of rebellion

So here is the spiritual summary of the numerical summary of Pharmakeia:

  • Double division
  • Worldliness: enemy of God
  • Disorder and disintegration
  • Rebellion

This is why Satan is pushing legal and illegal drugs of all kinds so hard.

Usages of the root word pharmakeia in the old testament
# of books Book of the bible # of times used %
1 Exodus 7 35
2 Deuteronomy 1 5
3 Kings 1 5
4 Chronicles 1 5
5 Psalms 2 10
6 Isaiah 2 10
7 Jeremiah 1 5
8 Daniel 1 5
9 Micah 1 5
10 Nahum 2 10
11 Malachi 1 5
Total 20 100

Over 1/3 of all the old testament usages of pharmakeia are in just one book: Exodus.

What difference does all this make?

Exodus is the 2nd book of the bible and the number 2 indicates establishment or division, depending on context.

In the context of pharmakeia, this is a perfect usage because all the drugs the people were using caused a spiritual division between them and God.

Furthermore, look at the connection between pharmakeia and bondage:

The english word “bondage” is used 39 times in the bible [kjv].

It is first used in the book of Exodus and occurs 9 times, also more than any other book of the bible.

The root words pharmakeia & bondage are used more in Exodus than any other book of the bible because drugs are a form of bondage.

The Israelites physical bondage was slavery in Egypt.

After their escape from Egypt, their psychological and spiritual bondage were drugs.

Below is a screenshot of a page out of the Companion Reference Bible by E. W. Bullinger.   It shows the figure of speech called alternation which reveals the structure, subject matter, and meaning of the book of Exodus in a remarkable way.

It's no coincidence that the book of Exodus has more usages of the word "bondage" and the root word "pharmakeia" than any other book of the bible.
It’s no coincidence that the book of Exodus has more usages of the word “bondage” and the root word “pharmakeia” than any other book of the bible.

It just so happens that bondage is one of the main themes of the book of Exodus.

The second most common usages of the word “bondage” in the bible is a tie between Galatians & Deuteronomy, both with 6, the number of man as he is influenced by Satan.

In both books, the people were under the legal bondage of the old testament law and the physical, psychological and spiritual bondage of drugs.

Exodus: The Israelites were in slavery and bondage in Egypt.   Jesus Christ is the subject of every book of the bible and is the Passover lamb who redeemed them and gave them freedom.

Galatians: God’s people were in bondage to the law and the elements of the world, [such as drugs], but Jesus Christ freed us from the curse of the law and gave us liberty.  In the book of Galatians, Jesus Christ is our righteousness and not the law.

In canonical order, the first usage of pharmakeia in the bible is in Exodus [from a Greek translation of the old testament so that the old & new testaments are more unified].

PHARMAKEIA: USAGES 1 – 7

Exodus 7
10 And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the Lord had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.
11 Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers [pharmakon Strong’s #5333]: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments [pharmakeia 5331].
22 And the magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments [pharmakeia 5331]: and Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them; as the Lord had said.

Exodus 8
16 And the Lord said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
17 And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
18 And the magicians did so with their enchantments [pharmakeia 5331] to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast.

The devil does have power, but far less than what God’s people can manifest when they are walking with the power of the Lord.

Exodus 9
10 And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains [blisters or boils] upon man, and upon beast.
11 And the magicians [pharmakon 5333] could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians [pharmakon 5333] and upon all the Egyptians.

Exodus 22:18
Thou shalt not suffer [allow] a witch [pharmakon 5333] to live.

In the old testament days, it was impossible to cast a devil spirit out of somebody, so the only option left to separate the spirit from the person was to die.

However, in our age of grace, because of the finished works of Jesus Christ, it’s possible that Christians can cast a devil spirit out of somebody and have them delivered and healed from the clutches of the devil.

No wonder Christianity is attacked and discredited so much.

I wonder if this is the verse that was used to justify the hangings of people accused of being a witch in the Salem witch trials from February 1692 to May 1693.

Some had ailments that were simply not understood at the time, so they blamed evil spirits and sentenced those people to die.

Some of the so-called witches were actually evil, operating devil spirits and harming people with their backyard brews.

However, many were good people using homeopathy and other valid treatments and they were falsely accused of being an evil witch because of the healing and good they were bringing to people.

The same thing goes on today where very safe, effective and affordable natural treatments are outlawed to protect the income of the wicked pushing their poisons on society.

If somebody invents or finds a true cure of a disease, they are often humiliated, discredited, and in some cases, murdered in cold blood because the natural treatment causes somebody else who is selling an expensive and worthless drug that is supposed to fix the problem to lose money.

To some, executing a “witch” may sound like an unjustified punishment that goes way beyond the severity of the crime.

However, these sorcerers were not only using harmful drugs or potions, they were operating devil spirits in the process, spiritually poisoning the entire congregation and during old testament times, the only way to cast a devil spirit out of somebody was to have them killed.

What do you call a midget sorcerer running around society?

A small medium at large.

Galatians 5
7 Ye did run well; WHO did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?
8 This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you.
9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

Notice the question in verse 7 is not what, why, where, when or how you got hindered, but who.

Why?

Because once you know who hindered you, then you know you are in the spiritual competition and you now understand the what, why, where, when and how.

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

One of the spiritual purposes of the sorcerer’s potions is to open up a person’s mind for devil spirit possession so the devil can carry out his dirty work through them.

Another is to render the mind incapable of sound rational thoughts and judgment, hindering a person’s ability to:

  • understand the word of God
  • believe the word of God
  • separate truth from error
  • operate the 9 manifestations of holy spirit effectively

This is exactly what our modern prescription drugs do many times.

Ever see the mile-long list of side effects from the medications you’re on?

[Not to mention all the debilitating and even deadly interactions of all those incompatible chemicals].

Of course you have.

Depression, drowsiness, confusion, lightheadedness, nausea, headaches, constipation, dry mouth, liver damage, heart attacks, etc.

In the vast majority of cases, they hinder your walk with the Lord rather than help it.

I’ve seen many people get so sick from the medications they were on that they were:

  • too sick to go to work
  • too sick to go to church
  • too sick to get anything useful done

causing even more stress and problems.

PHARMAKEIA: USAGES 8 – 10

Deuteronomy 18
10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
11 Or a charmer [pharmakon 5333], or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
13 Thou shalt be perfect with the Lord thy God.

When were the Israelites going to be “perfect”?

After these 9 horrible and devilish things were driven:

  • Out of their hearts
  • Out of their homes
  • Out of their lives

because all 9 involve the influence and operation of devil spirits.

In verse 13, what does “perfect” mean?

Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance
without blemish, complete, full, perfect, sincerely ity, sound, without spot, undefiled,

From [Hebrew word} tamam; entire (literally, figuratively or morally); also (as noun) integrity, truth — without blemish, complete, full, perfect, sincerely (-ity), sound, without spot, undefiled, upright(-ly), whole.

In other words, they were spiritually clean and mature, walking well with the Lord.

If you fast-forward a few thousand years into the grace administration, look what we have spiritually as sons of God!

Colossians 2:10
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

We are spiritually complete and righteous in the eyes of God, yet are we living that righteousness?

By our freedom of will, we can choose to live according to the ways of the world, or by the revealed word of God.

II Kings 9
21 And Joram said, Make ready. And his chariot was made ready. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.
22 And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts [pharmakon 5332.2] are so many?

As long as idolatry, drugs and devil spirits are in operation in the world, there will be no peace.  That is why world peace is an impossibility in this current biblical administration.

Yet, with the the word of God, we can have peace in our hearts, no matter what goes on in the world:

Philippians 4:7 [amplified bible]
And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].

In the distant future, there will be a new heaven and earth where God’s righteousness is the only game in town.

Jezebel was born of the seed of the serpent [she was a child of the devil], which corroborates what the new testament says about these type of people: they have deceived the entire world with idolatry and drugs.

This is not surprising seeing that her father was Ethbaal, king of the Zidonians.

“Ethbaal” literally means “with Baal”, and refers to living under Baal’s favor.

I Kings 16:31
And it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshipped him.

British Dictionary definitions for baal
noun

  • any of several ancient Semitic fertility gods
  • Phoenician myth, the sun god, and supreme national deity
  • (sometimes not capital) any false god or idol

All the commentaries I’ve seen say the name “Jezebel” is of uncertain origin.  No surprise there: the adversary often hides his works and the identity of his children so that he can do his dirty work undetected.

One commentary even said that the name “Jezebel” was a deliberate alteration of her original name Jezebaal to hide the connection between her and Baal!

I find that very plausible, especially considering her father was Ethbaal.

Furthermore, the name “bel” is a contraction of baal, which hides her identity as a daughter of the devil.

Bel and the dragon is the title of a corrupt book of the apocrypha whose purpose is to confuse, deceive and distract the reader.

II Chronicles 33
1 Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem:
2 But did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, like unto the abominations of the heathen, whom the Lord had cast out before the children of Israel.

3 For he built again the high places which Hezekiah his father had broken down, and he reared up altars for Baalim, and made groves, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them.
4 Also he built altars in the house of the Lord, whereof the Lord had said, In Jerusalem shall my name be for ever.

5 And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the Lord.
6 And he caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used witchcraft [pharmekeuo 5332.1] and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger.

Why would any parent allow their own children to be burned alive?

Deception.

They sacrificed their own children to false gods who promised false things, such as eternal life, all in the context of idolatry and drugs.

Familiar spirits are devil spirits that are very familiar with a person and are very effective in deceiving many people into believing the dead are actually alive.

The only way we can separate truth from error is to know the perfect precision and integrity of God’s word, which is the bible.

Then we can instantly separate truth from error.

Priceless.

PHARMAKEIA: USAGES 11 – 15

Psalms 58
1 Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?
2 Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth.

3 The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.
4 Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;
5 Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers [pharmakon 5333], charming [pharmekeuo 5332.1]  never so wisely.

Isaiah 47
8 Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:
9 But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries [pharmakeia 5331] , and for the great abundance of thine enchantments.

10 For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.
11 Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know.

12 Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries [pharmakeia 5331]  wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.

Notice the phrase, “I am, and none else beside me” occurs twice, establishing their pride and arrogance.

It’s a distorted, worldly counterfeit of characteristics that are only attributed to the Lord, the designer and creator of the universe.

Pride goes before a fall, as these verses testify.

Isaiah 45:5
I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

Isaiah 45:6
That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the Lord, and there is none else.

Jeremiah 27
6 And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him also to serve him.
7 And all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son’s son, until the very time of his land come: and then many nations and great kings shall serve themselves of him.

8 And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the Lord, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.
9 Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers [pharmakon 5333], which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:

10 For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out, and ye should perish.

These verses again corroborate what the rest of the word says about drugs, lies, and deception in the medical system.

When it comes to 5-senses knowledge however, it can take quite some time to separate truth from error because it seemingly takes endless amounts of research, money and suffering to finally get to the bottom of it.

Assuming we manage to live through it all in one piece.

That is why sometimes it takes years, decades or even a lifetime to find the answers to our health problems.

The devil has made the world a spiritual wilderness, but with God’s grace, knowledge and sound logic, he can lead us through to victory.

PHARMAKEIA: USAGES 16 – 20

Daniel 2
1 And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him.
2 Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers [pharmakon 5333], and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king.

Micah 5
9 Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off.
10 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord, that I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, and I will destroy thy chariots:

11 And I will cut off the cities of thy land, and throw down all thy strong holds:
12 And I will cut off witchcrafts [pharmakon 5332.2] out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers:

Verse 11 says that the Lord will throw down the strong holds.  When something deceives all nations on earth, and causes so many many problems in societies around the world, that is a spiritual strong hold of the enemy, the devil.

II Corinthians 10
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

We have the power to take the enemy’s strong holds down!

What are some examples of the enemy’s strong holds?

The list is almost endless.

Nahum 3
1 Woe to the bloody city! it is all full of lies and robbery; the prey departeth not;
2 The noise of a whip, and the noise of the rattling of the wheels, and of the pransing horses, and of the jumping chariots.

3 The horseman lifteth up both the bright sword and the glittering spear: and there is a multitude of slain, and a great number of carcases; and there is none end of their corpses; they stumble upon their corpses:
4 Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the wellfavoured harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts [pharmakon 5332.2] that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts [pharmakon 5332.2].

Malachi 3
4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in former years.
5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers [pharmakon 5333], and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear [reverence] not me, saith the Lord of hosts.
6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

The pharmakeia trail started with bondage in Exodus and ended in judgment in Malachi.

Justice served and deserved.

Romans 14:12
So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

For those who have decided to get born again of God’s spirit and become one of his beloved sons, we will be judged for the works of the Lord that we carried out, which includes up to 5 different rewards and crowns!

What a wonderful hope we have.

II Timothy 4
7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

May we walk in meekness, humbleness and wisdom, defeating our foes and getting stronger and healthier all the days of our lives.

The bible vs the medical system, part 5: pharmakeia

INTRODUCTION

What does the bible say about drugs?

I hope you’ve had your spiritual protein shake today.

You’re going to need it.

II Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable:

  • For doctrine
  • For reproof
  • For correction
  • For instruction in righteousness

Check out the definition of “correction”.

HELPS Word-studies
1882 epanórthōsis (from 1909 /epí, “on, fitting” intensifying 461 /anorthóō, “make straight”) – properly, suitable because straight, i.e. restored to its (original) proper condition; hence, correction (referring to something that is aptly “straightened out”).

This entire world certainly needs to be “straightened out”.

Philippians 2
14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

The only way we can straiten out this crooked and perverse world is to hold forth God’s word of life.
Speaking of Pharmakeia…

How deep down the rabbit hole do you want to go???

There are 4,000 more…indicating a coordinated global agenda, lasting over 2 decades, massive resources, [including billions of dollars], and an incredible obsession for destruction…

Pharmakeia: the devil’s weapon of choice?

The book of Galatians is a book of correction that corrects doctrinal error that had stealthily and gradually established itself as the right thing to believe in the first century church of Galatia.

The correction in the book of Galatians.

The correction in the book of Galatians.

However, in God’s infinite wisdom, we all need this very vital volume.

The Greek word pharmakeia and it’s root words are used 5 times in the new testament: once in Galatians and 4 times in Revelation.

Galatians 5
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

In verse 20, the key word is the definition of “witchcraft”.

Strong’s Concordance #5331
Pharmakeia: the use of medicine, drugs or spells
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine
Phonetic Spelling: (far-mak-i’-ah)
Definition: magic, sorcery, enchantment.

HELPS Word-studies
5331 pharmakeía (from pharmakeuō, “administer drugs”) – properly, drug-related sorcery, like the practice of magical-arts, etc. (A. T. Robertson).

So pharmakeia is classified as a work of the flesh, as opposed to a fruit of the spirit.

Our english words pharmacy and pharmaceutical come from the Greek word pharmakeia.

Sorcery definition [www.dictionary.com]
noun, plural sor·cer·ies.
the art, practices, or spells of a person who is supposed to exercise supernatural powers through the aid of evil spirits; black magic; witchery.

The exact same thing is happening in our modern world!!

Evil leaders in the drug industry [legal = those who run the pharmaceutical companies & illegal = drug lords] are operating devil spirit power resulting in:

  • Debt
  • Disease
  • Death
  • World-wide

Revelation 9:21
Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries [pharmakeia], nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Fornication is talking about spiritual fornication = idolatry, not sex.

Revelation 18:23
And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries [pharmakeia] were all nations deceived.

Revelation 18:23
…by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

Deception takes the form of lies, which corroborates what Job 13:4 said about the medical system in a previous article.

Definition of “deceived”:

Strong’s Concordance #4105
planaó: to cause to wander, to wander
Part of Speech: Verb
Phonetic Spelling: (plan-ah’-o)
Definition: I lead astray, deceive, cause to wander.

HELPS Word-studies
4105 planáō – properly, go astray, get off-course; to deviate from the correct path (circuit, course), roaming into error, wandering; (passive) be misled.

[4105 (planáō) is the root of the English term, planet (“wandering body”). This term nearly always conveys the sin of roaming (for an exception – see Heb 11:38).]

What do planets do?

Go in circles.

Isn’t that what billions of people are doing these days, aimlessly wandering around  in circles, wondering what life is really about?

II Peter 1
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Since all nations have been deceived by the “great men of the earth”, knowing about them so that we can overcome them is certainly an important part of living a Godly life.

So just who are these “great men of the earth” anyways?

SONS OF GOD VS SONS OF THE DEVIL
Sons of God Sons of the devil
Seated in the heavenlies Great men
of the earth

Wisdom from above:

Pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

Worldly wisdom:

Earthly, sensual, devilish.

Their father:

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ…

Their father:

Cursed above all cattle…

Genesis gives us more enlightenment on “the great men of the earth”.

Genesis 6:4 [amplififed bible]
There were Nephilim (men of stature, notorious men) on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God lived with the daughters of men, and they gave birth to their children. These were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown (great reputation, fame).

“In those days” refers to the days of Noah.  “And also afterward” refers to them again after the great flood.

The phrase “sons of God” has caused all kinds of confusion and wild speculations on who they were, ranging from good angels, to fallen angels and even an alien race of beings from outer space!

But it’s really very simple, logical and straightforward.

If you are a son, there are only 2 ways to be part of a family: birth or adoption.

In the old testament, it was impossible to be spiritually born by God since that was not available until the day of Pentecost in 28A.D. because to be spiritually born of God takes spiritual seed.

Spiritual seed only became available until after the works of Jesus Christ were fully completed = the day of Pentecost.

Therefore, the sons of God in Genesis 6:4 had to be by adoption.   They were the descendants of Seth [the believer’s bloodline], as opposed to the descendants of Cain [the unbeliever’s bloodline], who was a child of the devil and was the world’s first murderer.

The great men of the earth are people who have sold their souls to the devil.  They were literally the spiritual sons of the devil who were also the “men of renown” i.e. the celebrities of their culture and time.

There is nothing new under the sun.

Some, but thank God, not all, of our modern celebrities have made the devil their father, but they will never know it because they have been deceived.

Matthew 7:20
Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

A Harvard University study found out that 75% of all bankruptcies are caused by medical debt.

The important thing about the “great men of the earth” is not who they are, but:

  • Their position in society
  • Their true spiritual purpose
  • Their characteristics

Proverbs 6 lists more of their characteristics than any other section of scripture.

Proverbs 6 [amplified bible]
12 A worthless person, a wicked man, Is one who walks with a perverse (corrupt, vulgar) mouth.
13 Who winks with his eyes [in mockery], who shuffles his feet [to signal], Who points with his fingers [to give subversive instruction];
14 Who perversely in his heart plots trouble and evil continually; Who spreads discord and strife.
15 Therefore [the crushing weight of] his disaster will come suddenly upon him; Instantly he will be broken, and there will be no healing or remedy [because he has no heart for God].
16 These six things the Lord hates; Indeed, seven are repulsive to Him:
17 A proud look [the attitude that makes one overestimate oneself and discount others], a lying tongue, And hands that shed innocent blood,
18 A heart that creates wicked plans, Feet that run swiftly to evil,
19 A false witness who breathes out lies [even half-truths], And one who spreads discord (rumors) among brothers.

Deuteronomy clearly spells out their position in society and their function:

Deuteronomy 13:13
Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn [seduced] the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known;

Belial is one of the many names of the devil.

I Timothy 6
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Another sure-fire way to find out how they function is to follow the money.

If the lust for more money, power and control overrides legal, ethical, moral, biblical or spiritual principles, then you know that ungodly forces were at work.

John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Everything these great men of the earth do comes under the categories of:

  • Steal
  • Kill
  • Destroy

When you combine all their characteristics, position in society and purpose, you can clearly understand why this planet is so crooked, evil, deceptive, confusing, etc.

As we dig deeper into the depths of the darkness that is the drug industry [both legal and illegal], we gain an invaluable scope of life that can be obtained nowhere else but God’s magnificent word.

Pharmakeia comes from the root word pharmakeus.

Strong’s Concordance #5332
pharmakeus: sorcerer.
Phonetic Spelling: (far-mak-yoos’)
Short Definition: sorcerer

HELPS Word-studies
“Cognate: 5332 pharmakeús – a person using drug-based incantations or drugging religious enchantments; a pharmakeus-practitioner who “mixes up distorted religious potions” like a sorcerer-magician.

They try to “work their magic” by performing pseudo “supernatural” stunts, weaving illusions about the Christian life to use “powerful” religious formulas (“incantations”) that manipulate the Lord into granting more temporal gifts (especially “invincible health and wealth”).

This has a “drugging” effect on the aspiring religious zealot, inducing them to think they have “special spiritual powers” (that do not operate in keeping with Scripture). See 5331 (pharmakeía).”

Images of a witch doctor in a jungle practicing voo doo come to mind.

Although that still happens in some small areas of the world today, 98% of the modern “voo doo” is very sophisticated, and is hiding in plain sight.

3 bible verses contain both root words “murder” and “sorcery” [drugs].   Are drugs the murder weapon of choice for idolaters?

Why are prescription drugs mentioned in the context of remorseless theft and murder?

Why are prescription drugs mentioned in the context of remorseless theft and murder?

pharmakos #5333

Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Strong’s Concordance #5333
pharmakos: a poisoner, sorcerer, magician
Part of Speech: Noun, Masculine
Phonetic Spelling: (far-mak-os’)
Definition: a magician, sorcerer.

HELPS Word-studies
Cognate: 5333 phármakos – properly, a sorcerer; used of people using drugs and “religious incantations” to drug people into living by their illusions – like having magical (supernatural) powers to manipulate God into giving them more temporal possessions.

Revelation 22
14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

In spite of all the darkness in the drug industry, there is always the comforting presence of God’s pure light!

Jesus Christ is the subject of every book of the bible and he is the bright and morning star.

In the next article, we will continue our study of pharmakeia and dig into the old testament for even more enlightenment.
